Just install open source 7-zip software and unzip with 7-zip the .exe of Microsoft named Webfldrs-KB907306-ENU.exe in a temp folder of your windows 2000. In this temp folder, you should find an install file named RosebudMUI.msi . RosebudMUI.msi can be then installed on your Windows 2000. Nota the other files of the temp folder are necessary so install it directly from the temp folder. Method to install Web folders on Windows 2000 :
