Windows 7 users uploading files using Web Folders may see the last character of the file name (part of the file extension usually) disappear if a percent sign (%) is part of the file name.

This is a Windows 7 problem.

Two current workarounds are available:

• Avoid using percent signs in file names
• After upload rename the file to include that last character
