To use it with My Docs Online the person doing the dictation needs a login ID, but it should be one within the group account of the transcription service. The administrator of the My Docs Online group would set up folders, the customer’s login, and permissions, then the customer would use that login ID/password and the folder path to where the voice files are to be transfered. Also, the administrator can set “upload notification” for that folder so that an email is sent to the transcription service when new voice files are transfered, thus speeding the workflow.

This is something that I would really like to offer my clients. I think people are using their iPhones and iPads during meetings etc and this is a service that a lot of people are going to want because of the ease of use. Do they have to subscribe to my docs online themselves if they want their own login?

Hi April – The menu buttons are located at the top of the application. If you open the Desktop App and look at the top you should see a menu consisting of the following:

File, Edit, View, Preferences and Help.

The menu can be found just above our logo.

I looked for the “edit menu” button and don’t see it. I don’t even see a “menu” button. Now what???
