The Customer Upload Feature is available to all Enterprise and Transcription Accounts.

Click the “My Account” button, then click “Enterprise Group Administration”. On the Enterprise Group Administration screen, under “Customer Upload” be sure Customer Upload is enabled.

If you check “Use Subfolders” a subfolder under “Upload” will be created with a name based on what the customer enters in the field labeled “Who are the files from?” Uploaded files will be stored in subfolders, making it easier to determine later which files are from which customer.

If you check “Hide Comments” the comment fields will not appear when using the specific link (see below).

Direct your users to www.mydocsonline.com/CustomerUpload and tell them to enter your Master Account Login ID in the field labeled “Select Destination Account”; OR;

Use a special web link (perhaps on your own website or in an email message) that specifies your account specifically:

http://www.mydocsonline.com/scripts/aupload.dll?ID=your-login

Where “your-login” is replaced by your Master Account Login ID. This particular link can be found in the section where you confirmed that the feature is Enabled in the Group Administration of your account.

We also have a specific page of information on using Customer Upload.
