It is encrypted and safely stored on the My Docs Online private network servers. When you initially registered with My Docs Online, you may have provided a password hint. If you did, you can retrieve your hint by entering your User ID at the My Docs Online login screen, then clicking the Log In button. The resulting screen will include a button “I’ve forgotten My Password”. Click to see two options, “Show Password Hint” and “Email New Password”. Selecting “Email New Password” will reset your password and email you the new copy.  The email address used will be the one you have on file with us.  If you are still having problems, please contact support at support@mydocsonline.com.
