WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A PASSWORD RESET EMAIL?
If you didn’t receive a reset email, check the spam folder of your email account. If the email isn’t there, add no-reply@mydocsonline.com to your contacts or address book and repeat the steps to reset your password.
CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD IF I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO (OR DON’T REMEMBER) THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?
If you don’t remember which email you used, or don’t have access to it, try one of the following:
If you are a member of a group account contact the administrator of the group account and ask that your password be reset.
If you have a single-user account or you are the administrator of a group account, contact Support for help. A business hours phone call is best. For security reasons you will have to validate your ownership of the account while on the phone with Support.
