If you want to upload one or more folders and their contents in one operation, the best tool to use is the Desktop App. Uploading Folders with the Desktop App also uploads the contents of the folder, including all files in the folder. Folder upload with the Desktop App also includes subfolders.

My Docs Online limits the number of simultaneous accesses available to an individual ID. To help minimize this problem please log-out when you are through using My Docs Online. If you feel you are getting this message in error please contact My Docs Online Support.  

You can change your registered email address by first logging into your account at www.mydocsonline.com and clicking the “settings” button.   You’ll see the see your email address there.   Just click it and update your information.
