It’s easy to accidentally move or delete a folder using Web Folders if an Enterprise or Transcription user has “full control” of a folder.
To avoid this happening administrators can use the “Lock” feature visible in the browser interface when logged on as Administrator.

Enterprise and Transcription Edition administrator IDs have access to file search and file undelete/restore in Group Administration.
Administrator access to the tool is at My Account -> Group Administration -> File Search
Enter any part of the file name you are searching for. It is NOT case sensitive.
The resulting display is in two parts:

Active Files Found
Deleted Files [...]

If you want your browser to remember your My Docs Online ID and password, use these browser-specific steps:

Under Autocomplete click “Settings“
Check “Use AutoComplete for User names and passwords on forms”
