Once you Give a file deleting your copy of the file DOES NOT remove the recipient’s copy. If you wish to cancel or  “take back” a file delivered using Give do this instead:

New Web Client:

  • Using the “Action” pulldown for the file select “Details”
  • Click the “Cancel File Delivery” link

Old Web Client:

  • In the web browser interface select the file by checking the box next to it.
  • Click the “Details” button
  • You will see file delivery details including who you gave the file to and whether and when it was downloaded
  • Use the “Cancel File Delivery” link to remove the file from the list the recipient sees
