Following the Windows 10 Fall Update (version 1511, build 10586) the Edge browser used by default in Windows 10 cannot open folders in the OLD My Docs Online Web client.

Workarounds include:

  • Start using the NEW My Docs Online web client. Email [email protected] with your Member ID and ask us to change your account to the new interface.
  • Open in Internet Explorer. use the Edge “ellipsis menu” (“…”) and select “Open in Internet Explorer”
