If one of your customers receives “Error #2038” when uploading a large number of files (or a smaller number of very large files) when using your Customer Upload link, it’s due to local “resource” limitations encountered by the Adobe Flash Uploader My Docs Online uses to allow easy, multiple file uploads.

The solution is to split the upload into two or more batches of files.

The same error can occur when using Upload in the new-style web interface. In that case the same work-around can be used, or use the Desktop App instead.
